This recipe entry is mainly about calculations for a fun experiment with "time-management" using a Muntons Premium Lager kit as the base for an IPA. My past experiments with HLME have produced clean, delicious beer, but have taken close to three hours to make due to my brewing-process, and way longer if I’m doing a partial mash.
