Using mix of Voss kviek underpitched with a full Bavarian Weiss yeast cake from a Weiss fermentation. So one top, other bottom. Water treatment 7g Gypsum, 2g Calcium Chloride, 4g citric acid, 1/2 teaspoon table salt.

90% Rahr Pils and 10% Flaked Oats. Target OG: 1.081 post boil Target FG: 1.020 (shooting for 8% ABV) Adding calcium Chloride (5gm) to mash and 5 more to boil Hops: 2nd hop additions is after high krausen (when foam dies down during fermentation, I put 5 days but will have to see), 3rd hop addition 5 days prior to bottling, Pitch Yeast at 68F and keep fermentation under 72

What Styles Are These Recipes?

It's not uncommon for a homebrewer to craft a homebrew recipe that does not satisfy the specific guidelines of the BJCP style guidelines. For example, a homebrewer might make an IPA recipe and decide they want it to be more bitter or darker than the defined style.

There are plenty of great homebrew recipes that fall into this category and they should not be overlooked.
