Spice additions - 90 min (1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp nutmeg), 15 min (1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp nutmeg), 2 min (1/2 tbsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 1/4 tsp cardamom, 1/4 tsp clove, 1/4 tsp allspice, 1 tsp coriander) Mostly the same as 2019 but a 5.25 gallon batch with single temp mash at 148 (ended up being 150) and slightly different hop additions due to differences in the AA. What Styles Are These Recipes?
It's not uncommon for a homebrewer to craft a homebrew recipe that does not satisfy the specific guidelines of the BJCP style guidelines. For example, a homebrewer might make an IPA recipe and decide they want it to be more bitter or darker than the defined style.
