on 8/6/2020 - First brew in 85 Brainerd Apt. Ingredients purchased at Homebrew Emporium in Cambridge, grains appeared to not be fully milled. Judging by our usually efficiency at 68% and all other factors considered we attribute the low efficiency to the milling on the grains. Dry Hopping used 1oz of Cryo Cascade, 1 oz of Cryo Simco and 1 oz of normal mosaic Legged on day 12 (8/18/2020). Final gravity at 1.011

What Styles Are These Recipes?
It's not uncommon for a homebrewer to craft a homebrew recipe that does not satisfy the specific guidelines of the BJCP style guidelines. For example, a homebrewer might make an IPA recipe and decide they want it to be more bitter or darker than the defined style.
There are plenty of great homebrew recipes that fall into this category and they should not be overlooked.
