top water to temp - 166 deezgreez start drain to lauder stir in grain as water is filling lauder - sit for 1 hour. warm up more water in top to 165-170 temp for after 1 hour. do vorlof into pitcher add sparge arm to lauder add filter to boil tank turn on top sparge arm into lauder turn on lauder into boil bring to boil for 60 minutes add hops / honey at 30 min add hops / honey at 0 add wort chiller to cool
