4 gal. water to 160 degrees. Add 1 gal. honey. Add 2.25 cold water. Chilled. OG 1.070. 2 packages of yeast. 2 tbs of Yeast Nutrient. Few drops of anti-foam. Needs to ferment for 1 month. Once ready. Then, age with oat chips and a tiny little bit of honey for 3 weeks.Taste great! You have to love honey beer.
