B1. OG 1090. FG 1040. old style of fine filtering with brew bag. ended up being about 9 gal. strip .75 gal. striped and spirited (w/fermented wash). jar 2 was the best. 7/10 (7 out of 10). Lots of tails taste in the rest of the batch (jars 3 ).
