Brya steyle. B2. 25 gal * 60% loss = 15 gal. OG 1.066. FG1.028/1.003 (1.028=4.9?v, 1.003=8.5?v). striped with no backings to about one gal at 55?v. Spirit with spring water. This was bad. probably needed to be striped with 1 plate. threw it all in backings.

bring 10 gal to boil and then add 20 Ibs of corn. OG 1.081. FG 1.018. put a little over 1 gal of backings into wash before running striping. stip only. Jar 3 was good. this was strip only. See B2SSA and B2SSB for the two different types of spirit runs.

bring 10 gal to boil and then add 20 Ibs of corn. OG 1.081. FG 1.018. put a little over 1 gal of backings into wash before running striping. spirit run with 2 gal. of the Wash and 1 gal of the stripping run=B2SSB This is B2ssA, but with water in the spirit run instead of mash. This did not turn out well.

What Styles Are These Recipes?
It's not uncommon for a homebrewer to craft a homebrew recipe that does not satisfy the specific guidelines of the BJCP style guidelines. For example, a homebrewer might make an IPA recipe and decide they want it to be more bitter or darker than the defined style.
