2:1 Calcium Chloride to Sulfate first simcoe, citra, mosaic is whirlpool at 98C, second is whirlpool at 85 -- original didn't specify times, but i'd imagine 15min at each point for a total 30min whirlpool dry hops in three charges, first simc/citra at 24hours, second simc citra day 7, third cryo simco, cryo citra, mosaic on day 10, bottle day 14 (I'm using the labelling as the # days into fermentation to put hops, not days til bottling)-- he also commented to keep total dry hop to about 6-8oz ...

What Styles Are These Recipes?

It's not uncommon for a homebrewer to craft a homebrew recipe that does not satisfy the specific guidelines of the BJCP style guidelines. For example, a homebrewer might make an IPA recipe and decide they want it to be more bitter or darker than the defined style.
