This beer turned out to be extremely good. Ended up at 7.2 ABV because I didn't add enough sparge water.

Belgian Bisquit 1 T of irish moss 15 min before end of boil add melodrextin ( add both of these to all home brews) 1 yeast packet and 3 liter of starter Total water needed is 18.62 gallons Strike water is 7.5 gallons (fill kettle to 10 gallons , transfer whats needed ) Sparge water is 8 gallons Strike water temp is 170 Mash at 156 Pre boil gravity Grain temp is 70 degrees (double check before mash )
