Special Instructions

1.
Mash at 65C for 1 hour then up to 75C for 10 mins
2.
Sparge with 14 lts water at 75C
3.
Boiled for one hour then cooled via chiller to to 12/14C
4.
Yeast pitched. SG1.050 at 12C
5.
Fermented in cellar at 10C. Fermenting well after 48 hours
6.
Racked into secondary on 6th December. SG1.012. In cellar for 10 days.
7.
Into fridge at 4C to larger on 16th December
8.
Largered for 17 days.
9.
Bottled on 3rd Jan 2022 with 65gms Corn Sugar. SG1.009

Notes:

Don't make Pils very often but very pleased with this one. Full flavoured with a slight sweetness. Will make again.
