Special Instructions

Mash - 154 degrees for 60 minutes

Sparge mash 170 degree water/Bring back to 5 gallons
3.
Boil Czech ZAAR hops 215 degrees 1 hour
4.
Boil Galena hops last 15 minutes
5.
Rapid cool to 60-70 degrees
6.
Add yeast and ferment for 2 weeks
7.
Referment and bottle - Add 3oz sugar to one cup hot water and dissolve, add to brew and bottle
