I mash ended up at 152. water adds to simpson spring 10 gallons Ended up with 5 gallons in kettle after boil. slow boil next time. 9.87 - calcium chloride 4.25 - gypsum add 3/4 tsp of citric acid to mash Pre Boil Gravity=1.037, 9 brix OG=1.044, Tilt was reading 1.045 FG=1.010 4.38% ABV
