Mash water: 0.7gram/gal gypsum, 0.2 gram/gal CaCl2
Sparge water: 0.7gram/gal gypsum, 0.2 gram/gal CaCl2 0.6ml lactic acid
Flame out hops and 4.5 ounces of organic ginger in whirpool @185F for 15 minutes
42 ounces of passion fruit puree for 5 gallons of finished beer
