Adjusted based on what malt I have on hand. Reduced .5# of Vienna. Added .5# of Wheat. Should not be in the receipt, but added .5# CaraMunich I (had it on hand and wanted to just use it). This will be an Ale vs a Lager. I find the color to be darker than calculated. Hops were swapped out for Hallertau Traditional vs Mittlefruh @ 3.4-2.8% AA. All 60 minute boil hops. Using a 10 minute hop addition for more flavor since this will not be a lager.
