Special Instructions

1.
Sept 06/21: Mashed in with 15.75L, 6ml phosphoric, 2.5g each CaCl2 and CaSO4
2.
Hit 67c. 45 minute mash.

Sparged with 19.5L, 6ml phosphoric, 2.8g each CaCl2 and CaSO4
4.
80c sparge water into 59c grainbed for 71c mashout. 20 minute timer.
5.
Added 1oz sweet orange peel at 7 minutes left in the boil.
6.
Sept 06/21: Pitched into 27c wort. Into FC set to 27c.
7.
Sept 07/21 5pm: Fermenting vigourously but dropping krausen. FC up to 29c.
8.
Sept 09/09 6pm: Added soaked mixture of 1oz orange peel, 1.5oz Curacao, 1oz brandy, 0.5oz limocello
9.
Sept 09/09 6pm: Added 2oz Mandarina Bavaria.
10.
Sept 12/21 4pm: FC up to 30c to finish.
11.
Sept 13/21 9pm: Started to cool down to 25c
12.
Sept 26/21: Bottling Day! 20L at 31C with 7.02oz dextrose for 3.1 volumes.
