Notes:

This beer is one of my favorites I've brewed! The flavor is exceptional, a perfect balance of the hop flavor and the malt additions. If I make any changes, it would be to drop the Crystal 40L for a lighter color and to let it age a bit longer for more clarity.

Notes:

Checked gravity, was at 1.008. Ended up hit 5.75% ABV. Efficiency should be at 83% and attenuation at 84% based on these numbers. Beer tastes fantastic. Can't wait for it to be cold and carbonated!
