Special Instructions

1.
Steep specialty grains @ 168?F for 30 min in 2 gallons water.
2.
Sparge gains with 1 gallon 168? water.
3.
Bring to boil; remove from heat; add malt extract and stir to keep off bottom of kettle.
4.
Add bottled spring water to 4.5 gallons. Return to boil.
5.
Use wort cooler. When below 80?F, pour into fermenter, add yeast nutrient. Top to 5 gallons with spring water.
