Grind was to big on grain which dropped my efficiency. Was originally shooting for a 1.077 OG but only came in at 1.055 so i boiled an extra 30mins and was able to raise my OG to 1.061. FG 1.008. Exactly 5 gallons in bottling bucket. Primed with 135 grams of corn sugar

Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
Strike with 5.77 gallons of water at 164*F
2.
Mash at 152* for 1 hour
3.
Fly sparge with 5.17 gallons of water at 170*F
4.
Vorlauf multiple times to set grain bed
5.
Bring wort to a boil. Watch out for hot break
6.
Add 1st round of hops. (.5oz Galaxy, .5oz Sabro, .5oz Azacca and .5oz Mandarina Bavaria)
7.
Boil wort for 60 minutes
8.
Insert immersion chiller at 40 minute mark to sanitize
9.
Add 1 tab of whirlfloc at 50 minute mark
10.
Add Yeast Nutrient at 45 minute mark
11.
Flame out at 60mins and add 2nd round of hops. (.5oz Galaxy, .5oz Sabro, .5oz Azacca and .5oz Mandarina Bavaria)
12.
Start immersion chiller till 70-80*F is reached
13.
Transfer wort to sanitized fermenter
14.
Aerate wort
15.
Add Yeast
16.
Ferment for 3 days then add 1st dry hop addition (.5oz Galaxy, .5oz Sabro, .5oz Azacca and .5oz Mandarina Bavaria)
17.
Ferment for 5 days then add 2nd dry hop addition (.5oz Galaxy, .5oz Sabro, .5oz Azacca and .5oz Mandarina Bavaria)
18.
Allow to ferment for 14 days total
19.
Day 14 prep priming sugar for bottling. (2 cups water and 120 grams of corn sugar brought to a boil for 10 mins then chill to room temp)
20.
Pour chilled priming sugar into bottling bucket
21.
Transfer wort from fermenter to bottling bucket
