Special Instructions
1.At the end of the first mash I start to raise the temp up to 158 it takes about 15 - 20 mins I let it sit at 158 for 10 more mins and then I start my sparge i shoot for about 9.5 - 10 gallons. I usually boil off 2 - 2.5 gallon of water.
