Special Instructions

1.
Mash Crystal Malt at 66°C for one hour, sparge with 67°C water to collect 27L
2.
Add Ginger and ginger beer wort kit and boil 1 hour.
3.
At 5 minutes remaining in boil add 1/2 whirlfloc tablet
4.
Chill wort to 28°C, transfer to sterilized fermenter and add yeast.
