Special Instructions

29gal of strike water (1.415 qt/lb of grain) with 73.30g 85% phosphoric acid
2.
Add 37.4g gypsum, 1.4g calcium chloride to strike water
3.
Fill HLT to 19gal & add 33.87g of 85% phosphoric acid
4.
Mash @ 145F for 60 minutes then raise to 168F
5.
7.5gal absorbed by grain (.378 qt/lb of grain loss)
6.
Fly sparge with 19 gallons heated to 180F
7.
Add Irish Moss & Yeast Nutrient with 10 min left in boil
8.
$70 per 5gal
9.
2 step yeast starter 1st step 2L 2nd step 8L 218g DME 2L 436g DME 4L
