Brewed 5/1/21 out back with Lisa and partially on DCHB Zoom (Big Brew Day) Pretty good brew day - hit targets and great efficiency. OG 1.050 Starting ferment in low 50s while in Colorado, kept there until Tuesday, 5/11 (10 days). Bumped up to about 56* for another couple of weeks, then up to abut 60* for another week or two. Started a full diacetyl rest at ambient (70ish) for 2 days on 6/6, then crash down to 35* over 3 days for about two weeks. Kegged around June 20th. FG 1.012 (a point or two higher than expected)

Notes:

Pretty good - would like it a bit more dry. Could use a bump in the biscuity notes too. Dont' change much - maybe just some more Biscuit malt (1/2#).
