Mashed at 152F for 2 hours. Sugar addition toward end of boil was actually 1 lb. cane sugar and .5 lb. Brewers Crystals. Pitched a large starter of Omega Belgian Ale A. Plan to start the ferment cool, high 60s, then let it free rise to low 70s.
