Special Instructions

1.
Steep Cara/Munich malts for 20 minutes at 160F in brewing bag.
2.
Remove from heat, remove steeping grains and add DME, Bring to a boil, stirring well.
3.
Once boiling, add the Bravo hops and begin 60 minute boil.
4.
At the 45 minute mark add Hallertau hops.
5.
At the 50 minute mark add the coriander and orange peel in a brewing bag.
6.
At 60 minutes remove the additions, cool wort, place in fermenter and pitch yeast.
