Notes:

Boiled for 1.5+ hours. Yield 5.75 gal @ BRIX 7.5 / 1.029 OG. Fermenting at 91*.

Notes:

Active fermentation as of 3/16. pH meter broken, but noted tartness when tasting. Read BRIX 7.0 / 1.027 OG before boil, indicating lower finishing ABV than expected.

Notes:

Brewed 3/13/21. Yield ~5.5 gal @ BRIX 9.6 / 1.039 OG from mash. Added ~1.5gal (15lbs) mango nectar, raising volume to ~7gal @ BRIX 10.4 / 1.043 OG. Added full quart of Goodbelly mango flavor.
