Added 0.5oz each Anhydra dehydrated lime and lemon peel at 14 minutes

Mar 19/21 1pm: 27c wort into FC set to 35c.

Mar 22/21 7am: Stopped heating to allow freerise before DH.

Mar 24/21 630am: Beer at 15c, some suckback from airlock. DH'd w/ 2oz each Cascade and Sorachi Ace.
8.
Mar 28/21: Bottling day! 19.5L at 36c. 6.07oz dextrose for 2.7 volumes.
