Maple Sap - 6 gallons

pH Buffer 1.5 Tbs, Calcium Chloride 2 tsps, pH 4.9

Yeast Nutrient 2 tsp and 3 cinnamon sticks at 15 minutes,

After 72 hours: Heat maple syrup to boiling, skim, add 1 gal cold boiled water . Add to fermenters with "wort" to make full 1/4 keg.

Graham Flavoring (1 oz) per keg at kegging
