Special Instructions

1.
Chill wort to 46 degrees before pitching yeast.
2.
Primary fermentation 12 days held at 50 degrees. then two day diacetyl rest at 55.
3.
Secondary in keg. Lager at 50 degrees then lower a few degrees a day until you get to 33degrees. Hold for four weeks.
