Add 1qt water @ 212F to mash tun; seal, and rest 15 mins, and drain
2.
Mash-in 8.75 qt @ 170F, rest 60mins or to conversion
3.
Add 7qt @ 187F, mix and rest 20 mins to stabilize
4.
Recirculate 5-10 mins, then drain to pot; net 3.25gal
5.
Add 3.25 gallons sparge @ 172F, rest 15 mins
6.
Recirculate 5-10 mins, then drain to pot; net 3.25 gal
7.
Total liquid net 6.25gal
