begin heating 0.9 gal water with bagged crystal 60L, remove bag at 170 degrees
2.
sterlize and refrigerate 0.25 gal. water, add it after boil to speed chill down
3.
Did a 10 minute hop stand, then poured in cold water, then pot to an ice bath in sink
