All Grain American IPA homebrew recipe. This homebrew recipe uses the following ingredients: Rahr 2-Row, Briess Special Roast, Briess Carapils, Apollo Hops, Citra Hops, Amarillo Hops, Galaxy Hops, White Labs California Ale WLP001 Homebrew Yeast, Irish Moss.
Pale, cloudy, 1/8" fluffy white head. Medium body, floral, citrus and earthy. A tad on the bitter side, would aim for 35 IBUs next time and use 50% more Carapils to fill in the body.
