Special Instructions

Single step mash @ 153F. 5 gal strike BIAB 2 gal boiling "sparge/mash-out"

60 min boil, cool to 65F, add to ferm. Fridge cool to 55F, pitch yeast.

Ferm @ 53F until SG 1.028, raise temp 5F every 24 hrs until 68F. D-rest 1 week. Lager 3wks.
