Notes:
Loving this beer now. The extra week has balanced it out more - the hops are a little less pronounced but still bring interest and bitterness has mellowed too. Carbonation remains appropriate. I really like it! Definitely needs to be served very cold.

Notes:
Definitely lighter bodied than previous beers, and less bitter. Body is about right. Cascade hops are an enjoyable flavour (but can't articulate it) and come through relatively strongly - not out of balance, but in the effort to make a soft beer they're a bit too bold still, could probably trim down late addition hops a bit. Not too bitter at 15 IBU/0.36 BG:GU, but again, could do with being a bit less bitter to soften it all/sweeten a bit. Good carbonation at 6.5g/L, perhaps could be slightly more.
