Activate yeast Wyest
2.
Preheat 12.3 Liters of water to 76 degrees C. (170 F )
3.
Preheat 19 Liters to 76 degrees C. for sparging - secondary vase (170 F )
4.
Steep grains for 60' between 62 to 66 degrees C. (144-152 F)
5.
Mash out until reaching 76 degrees C. (170 F)
6.
Sparge 76 degrees C. - recirculate twice
7.
Boil for 60' and add hops
8.
Ferment for two weeks at 20 to 20.5 C. - add dry hops
