Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
Heat up 2.5l of water to near boil
2.
Add 1.5kg of Pale malt extract
3.
Keep at 100c for 15mins
4.
turn down boil until 76.6 c
5.
Stir mixture and add Bravo (15mins total)
6.
Keep at 76.6c for 5 mins then add Calypso - keeping temp at 76.6c ( 10mins total)
7.
Transfer to FV & add Dextrose
8.
Top up with water - wort needs to be 21c for yeast pitch
9.
Pitch NEIPA yeast - follow yeast instructions
10.
After 7 days ( bubbling should have stopped)
11.
Transfer to SF - avoiding trub transfer
12.
Dry hop the above volumes 4-5 days of Dry hopping
13.
24hours before bottling x1 orange peel ( Soaked in vodka for 24hrs first)
