Adapted from London Amber Ale recipe but with Burton yeast and a bit of Victory Malt. This yeast will be a bit more fruity. OG was higher than expected and FG was lower than expected, so ABV is not to style. Should have mashed in the 150's for this yeast.

This recipe was cloned from London Ale Decoction Amber.

Notes:

Pours a beautiful clear light amber color with mild carbonation per style. Nice bready, cracker malt backbone. Clean, crisp bitterness and floral notes with some subtle fruity esters. Very good!
