I used a simple wheat beer recipe and added sliced pineapple to the boil. Trying to clone a local seasonal brew, but with a different twist in the process. They add the pineapple to the fermentation. We shall see how it comes out, but so far it looks good.
Since this is my first shot at using this site, some of the information is a SWAG. A learning experience for the next batch.

Special Instructions

1.
Bring 3 gallons of water to boil.
2.
Remove pot from heat and add malt extract.
3.
Bring mixture to boil and add bittering hops and pineapple.
4.
Boil for 60 minutes.
5.
Add 2.5 gallons cold water to carboy.
6.
Cool wort and add to carboy.
7.
Add yeast to wort after allowing to cool at/around 75 degrees.
8.
Take hydrometer reading.
9.
Allow wort to ferment for at least 7 days. Moved to secondary fermentor if desired/needed.
10.
Keg or bottle beer once fermentation ceases, but no longer than 14 days.
