Special Instructions

1.
First mash in the grains at 55?C (protein rest) for 10 min.
2.
Heat the wort until 66?C (maltose rest) for 60 min.
3.
Carry the wort until 72?C for 20 min (saccharification rest)
4.
Mash out at 78?C for 10 min.
5.
Add hops during boiling
6.
Cool down the wort at 20?C and pitch the yeast
