Need to do double mash as I doubt we could fit all the grain in the kettle at once. Needs to have huge healthy starter pitched (1 gallon starter w/ 2 packets of dry yeast, started a day ahead) (Or pitch it onto a previous batch's yeast cake, like one of the smashes) Should probably get a brew belt to keep it warm while fermenting.
