Notes:

1.21 qt/lb mash thickness (8 gal water mash) with 26.25 lb grain left ~2" of headspace in mash tun.

Notes:

8g gypsum and 30g CaCl to get to 230 Cl and 71 SO (Cl way too high on accident). 8 gal mash volume, 8.6 gal sparge volume. Start of mash was 148* despite aiming for 154* - Not sure what happened there. Expect to mash for a few hours (to facilitate brewing during naptime).
