12/124.88 HLT pH150F mash5.29/1.076 first5.43 second5.69/1.011 final 5.34/1.041 pre-boil 5mL phos at EOB1.046 O.G., 5.29 post-boilWell, real easy brew up until the end. Didn't quite boil off enough to hit target gravity, and got a 5gal carboy pretty damn full...then I pitched about a half pint of yeast slurry and it made a fucking mess. Cleaned and sanitized a 6gal carboy, then dumped the 5gal carboy in through a funnel. Hopefully didn't fuck anything up. Set temp controller to 67F. 12/16 ...
