OG 1.054 FG 1.012 ABV ~5.5% Apparent Attenuation 77%.Mashing with a little under 2 gallons of campden-treated tap water. I have ~1.5 gallons of water in reserve for rinsing.Mashed in just a bit over 150F. After 20 minutes of mashing, I brought the heat up to around 152F. ~40 minutes into the mash, I added heat to bring it back up a little over 152F.At the end of the hour mash, I brought the temp up to 156F and let it sit there for 10 additional minutes.
