2.rack beer onto apricot puree and gently stir
3.stir every few days then let sit...then cold crash to clear
Beer tastes great!!! The tartness of the apricot comes through very well. Carb is a little low but seems to work for this beer. has a thick necter mouth feel. well liked by all. does not have the full on apricot taste like the pyrimid apricot ale. I feel they must have used flavoring at bottling?
