Notes:

Still very young, 5 days after bottling, but I'm impatient. Intense hop aroma, I could smell the tropical aroma from the mosaic as soon as I poured it. Light in color, excellent head retention. There is a bit of an off flavor, perhaps it is hot alcohol but I can't quite put my finger on it. Hopefully it will dissipate with time in the bottle
