Brew 10/24/20 OG = 1.052-53 Fermented with existing Imperial Pilgrimage (Andechs) slurry, starting it around 48, then bumping it up to low 50s for a week then 56-58 for 7-10 days. Brought it up to ambient (66-68*) for a few days while a cider was fermenting. Started fermenting on/around 11/13 and then kicked the other lager a day or two later (again!). Going home for Thanksgiving in a week or two, so just let it continue to lager. Got it down to 32* around 11/14 and lagered for three weeks or so until kegging on/around Saturday 12/5.
