alternativa colocar o lupulo de flame out (10g) no dry hopping...
agua igual do Zombie Dust Clone:
3g CaSO4
2g CaCl2H2o
1g MgSo4
0,3ml acido fosforico no strike water
(verificar em batch bom se nao esta sharp demais!)
Strike water 8.5 litros
Sparge water 5.5 litros (ou até chegar em aprox 14 litros)
por falta dos maltes foram usados:
Malte Pale Malteurop 2.1kg
Malte Munich Light Swaen 0.3kg
Fermoncel SB - 1,5g em 80ml de agua no fermentador
Iniciar Fermentacao a 17,5C
esta aparentemente nao deu diacetil... esta bem saborosa, frutada. no aroma tbm frutas, porem achei que ficaria mais intenso, vale lembrar q esta leva o amarillo foi add no dry hop alguns dias antes que o galaxy, pode ser isso a diferenca, na prox irei tentar jogar os 2 lupulos ao mesmo tempo (3 dias) para ver se aumenta o aroma.
fiasco. deu diacetyl (ou sera DMS?). pouco aroma. unica coisa boa por eqto eh a espuma. vou provar outra em 1 ou 2 dias p ver de novo... mas por eqto mto decepcionante.
