Special Instructions

1.
Prepare cold brew coffee at 1lb:1gallon water ratio and let it sit for 24 hours in the fridge
2.
Filter through cheesecloth and measure out 1/3 of a gallon for use in secondary
3.
Add 1/3 gallon directly to fermenter and allow to sit for 24-48 hours before kegging/bottling
