In the process of making, will change or report later. i use Crisp Maris Otter Ale Malt because I buy it locally in 25kg bags, Crisp Medium Crystal Malt, Crisp Low Colour Chocolate Malt and Weyermann Abbey Malt. I use "Archer" hops (not on the hop menu yet) a relation of Cascade, from Charles Faram Malvern West Worcestershire UK.
