Special Instructions

1.
Fail - oat flakes added after first pause but should have been boiled separately for 20 minutes.
2.
Special malt should be added to the second saccharification rest, to avoid sourness of beer.

Notes:

Sour at the beginning and sweet at the end. Carbonated with 10g of priming sugar. tasted on the 5-7 day of carbonation. I`m impatient. Need to wait at least 1 month.
